The article examines the role of the youth organization Revuelta in the mobilization that followed the devastating floods caused by the DANA at the end of 2024 in Spain. This catastrophe brought eco-populist narratives to the fore, generating increasing polarization around climate and socio-environmental issues. It also constituted the second major politicizing event for new far-right youth, during which Revuelta incorporated humanitarian aid into its mobilization, which had begun a year earlier during the so-called National November. Using a multi-method qualitative research design, we analyze the discursive, emotional, and visual frames, as well as the repertoires developed by Revuelta in this context. We argue that, in the wake of the catastrophe, Revuelta is developing a multi-issue discourse and form of activism that (1) appeals to a patriotic youth that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of the far right; and (2) seeks to renegotiate the public image of Spanish youth, which was stigmatized during the pandemic.
